For 6 months, our Corralejo Tequila Reposado matures in French limousin oak barrels. It is suitable for pure enjoyment as well as versatile for high-quality cocktails and long drinks. Tasting notes Color: Light and straw-colored Nose: Delicate scent of vanilla, honey, and allspice Flavor: Pleasant body with fruity notes of lemon and lime, honey, and a hint of pepper Finish: Mild finish Artisan and locally made. All varieties of our Corralejo tequilas are made by hand. Made from 100% blue Weber agave and cultivated in our own fields in Penjamo, Guanajuato Handcrafted. The artistic bottles of our Corralejo Tequilas are handcrafted in our own glass factory at our Hacienda. Here, 70% of the glass used is recycled The story of the Hacienda Corralejo begins in 1700 and is inseparably linked to the history of Mexico through the son of the administrator: Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, a Mexican national hero.
