✅ The module uses the DS18B20 temperature sensor IC which send temperature readings in digital format via the 1-Wire serial interface to any GPIO connected pin on a microcontroller. ✅ Very good measurement accuracy (+/- 0.5°C) is achieved for measurements between -10°C to +85°C. ✅ The resolution of the temperature sensor is user-configurable to 9, 10, 11, or 12 bits. The default resolution is 12-bit (i.e. 0.0625°C precision). ✅ The module can be powered with a 3V to 5.5V power supply and consumes only 1mA during active temperature readings. ✅ Best project creations need the best quality components.
